What is mindset and life coaching?
Coaching is a process of guiding and supporting individuals or teams to achieve their goals, improve their skills, and enhance their overall performance. A coach helps clients to identify their strengths and weaknesses, set realistic goals, and develop actionable plans to achieve those goals. Coaching can take many forms and can be applied to various areas of life, including career, personal growth, relationships, and health. A coach uses various tools and techniques to facilitate the client’s learning and growth, such as active listening, questioning, feedback, and accountability. The focus of coaching is on the present and future, rather than the past, and is based on the belief that individuals have the ability to make positive changes and achieve their desired outcomes with the right guidance and support.
What can I expect from the sessions?
First we will get to know each other and explore the reason why you have chosen coaching. We will create a personalised plan for your needs taking into account all personal needs and information. This plan is a great start which we can adjust through your journey as necessary. All sessions are held online.
What is the difference between coaching, therapy & mentoring?
Therapist is someone who supports you to heal your past. Mentoring is getting general guidance from someone who’s walked the walk. And coaching is a method for creating a new and ambitious future.
Will the coach tell me what to do to achieve my goal?
No, a coach won’t give you advice. As a coach I will help you to find your own way and the best method to achieve your goals without providing you advice based on my personal experience. I will help you with all the tools necessary to discover what works best for you based on your circumstances.
What happens between 2 sessions?
During the session we will work together and at the end of the sessions we will define a set of steps help you to get closer to your ultimate goal. We can always align whether you prefer follow up from my side at the beginning of the next session, or we just start each sessions with a clean sheet. In some cases I will advice you with further exercises. You can always contact me outside of our sessions if necessary.
